Crashes, freezes, causes more problems than it solves

This was a previous review that I had written: It continually prevents my keyboard from opening--even in simple operations like text messaging. I have to change to the old keyboard just to access the emojis. Big pain.
SINCE then, its gotten worse. It freezes, causes my to close apps to restart typing after reviving keyboard. Just got my iPhone replace because it was acting "possessed" by randomly hitting items all over the screen. This phone was scrubbing find until I downloaded the Swype keyboard. Very disappointing.
