No Smiley-View, no dictation and more

First: No extra Smiley-View (I dont know the names for all of them. Especially not in German)
Second: Missing dictation (Siri or Nuance)
Third: The special characters on the keys in the middle row are not visible on the keys in some Themes (e.g. White)
Fourth: The keyboard still doesnt work in the App Store. No way to wright ratings.
Fifth: No updates for months. Did they stop developing for iOS?
